How it Works
My repair and restoration services are operated by post and are an easy and secure
way for you to care for your jewellery and elongate it's life without any hassle.
Step 1 - Get in Touch
Reach out to us via email, using our contact form or our online chat on the bottom right to discuss what services you require. We will ask you to send us some clear photos (as shown below) of the jewellery and we'll provide you with a free no-obligation quote.
Step 2 - Post your jewellery
We advise sending your items packaged in a small box within a padded envelope to ensure the jewellery is not damaged in transit and include a return address on the packaging. We recommend using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® which offers full tracking and compensation cover from £750 - £2500.
Step 3 - Estimate Confirmation
Once the jewellery has been received we will send you a final quotation for the jewellery repairs. If you decide not to proceed we will return your jewellery free of charge.
Step 4 - Repair & Restoration
If you are happy to proceed your order will be processed and repaired to the highest quality. Your jewellery will be posted back to you using Royal Mail tracked services. We aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible but do let us know if you have a tight deadline to ensure we can accommodate this for you.
